Bradley was great! Set up my appointment via a phone call, but the needed parts for the Honda recall were never ordered. Had to leave the vehicle for extra days…Bradley did not take the original appointment phone call and did keep us updated. Hey Patrick Rice, I think Bradley needs a raise. Great asset for your dealership!

I recently had service performed at Honda of Middleburg Heights, after my 2022 Honda Odyssey Touring encountered a road hazard. One of my Michelin tires went flat when a large piece of metal became wedged deep in the tire tread. Joe Fox, the service rep., quickly got the Odyssey in for service and had the manufacturer's warranty provide a new Michelin tire, at only a nominal charge.
