I had a positive experience at Honda of Middleburg Heights when I bought a new car there in June of 2026 (a 2026 Honda Civic Hybrid Hatchback: Boost Blue). The team members I worked with while buying a car were all very helpful and kind. I was referred to this Honda location by two family members who were also pleased with their previous experience. I am enjoying my new car, which has been providing a smooth and comfortable ride thus far.

Seems to me it's overpriced. Oil change and 4 wheel alignment 293$ + tax. Over 300. It's just too much. For the same at Subaru dealer you'll pay around 225 + tax

I’m not going to lie, I was scared to take my car here for service. Not based on what I heard about this branch or anything against Honda. Stacy was excellent and service was quick and efficient.
It was good experience with the service at Honda Middleburg Heights Service Center. My car had wheel alignment issue due to which front tires were completely ruined. Later, it was identified that there were other things to be done as well, so I asked them to do complete service, which needed some time. Nathan, a great guy I must say, helped me with all the paperwork, and even offered rental car while my car was in service and gave some discount as well. 🙂
Honda of Middleburg Heights is a first class establishment. From the folks I spoke with on the phone to the service Staff, everyone was welcoming, engaging and communicative. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for service. They have a brand new facility. My service manager, Stacy, was very pleasant and I enjoyed her positive energy.
